I've created custom actions that I just can't live without. The second part is the ability to batch process with complex action/scripts. Nothing else really replaces the ease and speed of ACR yet for me.

It's faster than anything else I've tried, and I think the output (especially with high ISO stuff) is at par or better than anything else out there. The real deal breaker for anything but proper PS for me is-well, deal breakers, since it's two things- As a stills guy, I rely on ACR (Adobe's Camera Raw module) for the best balance between speed and quality.
